    I am also a caregiver to my husband who has been living with diabetes for the last 5 years. I make sure that he eats healthy and stays active. I got to know about continuous glucose monitoring recently only and I found it so much helpful in managing diabetes effectively.

    First three points you haveentioned are interrelated. Regular exercise reduces stress and clean eating helps in regular exercise. Regular monitoring and timely medication are also very important factors for a diabetic.
